We teach you how to make spicy thai chicken!

What You Need

1 Cup Salsa, ½ Cup Chunky Peanut Butter, 2 Tablespoons Honey, 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice, 1 TSP Soy Sauce, 1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper, ½ TSP Ground Ginger, 2 Cups of Cooked Chicken,

½ Cup to 1 Cup Miso Ginger Broth, 1 Cup Broccoli. (optional)

Cut & Cook the chicken first, then set aside.

In large Skillet combine salsa, peanut butter, honey, OJ, soy, crushed pepper, & ginger stir until creamy

* Too make less spicy, cut back on the red pepper.

Add ½ Cup Miso Ginger Broth, Stir, add Broccoli- cover and cook until broccoli is almost done.

*Trader Joes has the Miso Ginger Broth. If you don’t have it use Chicken Broth

*Adding Vegetables is optional. Can substitute with Green Beans also.

Add the chicken back to the pan. Stir all ingredients to coat with the sauce. (Add more Miso Broth if too thick.)

Serve over Salad Greens, Rice, or Pasta!

More Uses!

Use the sauce as a dip for Chicken Tenders, or Chicken Kabobs! Can be used hot or cold.
