My tasty, easy version of Pork Schnitzel


Pork Cutlets, Bread Crumbs,2 eggs,1 Stick of Butter/ Margarine,1 Onion,Sundried Tomatoes, Marsala Wine,1 Packet of Brown Gravy Mix, Salt & Pepper

Place bread Crumbs in one bowl,

and the scrambled egg in another.

Pound the cutlets, salt and pepper them.

Dip in egg, then dredge in bread crumbs.

Heat a Tablespoon or 2 of butter in a lg. skillet,

add pork & onions and brown on both sides.

(Add more butter as they brown so they do not stick and burn).

Once Nicely browned on both sides:

Add ½ cup Marsala wine.

Follow directions on the gravy packet and add to the skillet.

Add Sundried tomatoes.

Cover and simmer on low until done- approx. 20-25 minutes.

Serve with your choice of sides and smother with the sauce!

Enjoy with a cool glass of Chateau St. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc.
